Podere Sequercianino is located close to the Medieval village of Tatti, near Massa Marittima (Province of Grosseto).

It is composed by 2 apartments (of 6 and 4 beds each) made by the typical local style, a wide independent sitting room, enjoying a magnificent view, in a pleasant breezy position.

It is about 20 km from the seaside of Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia; 50 km from Siena and same distance from ferries to Isle of  Elba. Within 15 minutes' drive, you have the possibility of horse riding and a small lake where it is possible to have a bath and swim.

If you wish, you can take part of the nearby farm life, breeding sheep on family basis and producing cheese. They also have fruit trees with old varieties of fruits.
