Ideal place for walkers and climbers and for winter sports, such as alpine and cross country skiing, but also for skating on ice and other less traditional sports such as telemark skiing, snowboarding or eliskiing.

In certain periods of the year, in 2 places of the Valley, Bannio Anzino(above Pontegrande)and Calasca. it is possible to see the Traditional Soldiers Parade, not real soldiers repeating ancient traditions since XVII° Century, accompanied by band concerts, showing how good the inhabitants are in various fields including music and folklore.
