LA CAPPELLINA BED & BREAKFAST - BAGNO A RIPOLI Grassina Village - firenze (FLORENCE) The Bed and Breakfast "La Cappellina" is 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Florence, is on the hill. Signora Cristina will give you a warm welcome to her house (a small villa) in the Villa Medici area, close to the small chapel which belonged to the ancient and noble florentine family de' Medici Tornaquinci. The large sitting-room with fireplace and huge windows gives access to the beautiful terrace from which you can have a look onto the wonderful landscape of the Chianti hills.
The terrace, which is also reachable from some of the other rooms, has comfortable furniture for peaceful reading and relaxation. The buses number 31 and 32 connect Grassina with Firenze.
The house is fully air-conditioned and offers all the opportunities to relax. In particular, for foreign guests, it is possible to take cooking and Italian language courses for one week or for a weekend. VILLA GIOVANNINI Bed & Breakfast - S.QUIRICO (Lucca) Is a few kilometres away from Lucca (Tuscany) within easy reach by bike. At first sight, the house looks like a sort of small castle: on top of a little hill, reachable by a tiny road sided by helm-oaks spherically shaped. The court is surrounded by the house walls, at one corner you can even find an embattled tower: The garden, full of a variety of plants, all of them well kept is featured by big vases of lemon trees. The guest entrance is private. The B&B is composed by 3 double rooms, 1 of them wide with private bathroom, the other with shared bathroom. The hostess, Miss Giovannini is a very nice and hearty young person, speaking a fluent English and German, who welcomes people letting them feel at home as soon as they arrive.
