charming house is a old palace built in XIXth century in the town
centre. It has been recently renovated, both outside and inside. The
three double BEDROOMS are entirely furnished in the traditional style of
the area, prevalently with the family's carefully restored antique
furniture, and all have charming PRIVATE BATHROOMS. There is a spacious
breakfast room at guests' disposal, where they can also admire some
fascinating testimony to the past. Guests can also relax in the
enchanting reading room after a day at the beach, chat to the owners or

It is a Villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and positioned in quiet residential zone on Sant’Antioco Island. All Rooms have private bathroom and shower, colour TV and air conditioning. Parking site is attached to the Villa. Sant’Antioco Village, with shops and restaurants is only at few hundred metres from the Villa. Beaches are within a few minutes’ drive.
