The flat is about 150 sq. meters, on 2nd floor of an elegant  XIX Century building, among Colosseo, San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria Maggiore. It is composed by 3 double wide and bright rooms, nicely and simply furnished. There also a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, a completely equipped kitchen ideal to prepare meals and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath-tub. Every room is characterized  by a different colour and cheerfully personalized. The house can easily sleep up to 10 people, by adding a few armchair-beds.
