charming house is a old palace built in XIXth century in the town
centre. It has been recently renovated, both outside and inside. The
three double BEDROOMS are entirely furnished in the traditional style of
the area, prevalently with the family's carefully restored antique
furniture, and all have charming PRIVATE BATHROOMS. There is a spacious
breakfast room at guests' disposal, where they can also admire some
fascinating testimony to the past. Guests can also relax in the
enchanting reading room after a day at the beach, chat to the owners or
simply watch TV.

FLOWERED PATIO AND TERRACE: A flowered space with comfortable chairs for

di Nonna". We offer you the typical Sardinian breakfast: coffee, milk,
tee with many varieties of local bread, biological honey, home made
marmalade, cakes and sweets. Our guests taste the true flavour of our
island.
From Villamassargia you can reach the most beautiful beaches of South
Sardinia in less than 15 minutes by car or motorbike. Cultural,
archaeological and historical itineraries, old mines and caves of the
Geological Park of Sardinia (recognised by UNESCO in 1998).
